1. Contributions are not yet open

HILA does not currently accept financial contributions through this website or otherwise.

2. Future terms

Before any contributions open, these terms will identify the legal recipient, the purpose of funds, the payment processor, refund arrangements and how to cancel recurring payments.

3. Tax deductibility

HILA will not represent donations as tax deductible unless it is entitled to do so. Tax deductibility will only be stated if and when HILA receives the relevant DGR endorsement.

4. Fundraising compliance

Future fundraising will comply with applicable Australian state and territory fundraising requirements.

5. Payment data

Card details will be processed by a third-party payment provider and will not be stored by HILA.
